Expectation 

If required as part of your treatment you agree to follow an exercise program or listen to a hypnosis recording exactly as prescribed. This is an essential part of treatment.

Cancellations

If cancelling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice the full fee will be payable. You are responsible for booking appointments and arriving on time.

The expected number of sessions will be discussed before booking however people are individuals and it is possible that extra chargeable sessions could be needed.

Payment

Investment for therapy and number of sessions will be discussed before booking and it is usual to pay for the full therapy program in advance, or on the first session, as it helps secure your commitment to the treatment.

No refunds will be given if you decide to terminate once therapy has commenced.

Prepaid sessions have a 3-month expiry date from the date of the last session attended.

Session times.

Sessions are usually 50 to 60 minutes as per appointment times. If you are more than 10 minutes late it is unlikely that I'll be able to provide the full hypnosis session. Full charges will apply. Longer sessions if required a charge pro rata.

 

Your details

Your personal contact details are stored in a locked facility and never shared with a third-party. You may be contacted with regards to your treatment via email or phone if necessary.
